Here in Helsinki, Finland, we have again moved from the dark and cold part of the year into the sunny and warm(er) part. Here are a few shots taken with my new Pentax K1 body and a variety of lovely Carl Zeiss lenses.

I took my new Pentax K1 for a spin, and this is the first result.

I took a "sparrow-face" self-portrait and found it a bit boring. A mathematical deformation added a nice 1960's psychedelic touch to it, don't you think? (See below for the original portrait with no deformation)

Today I rehearsed the use of the black-and-white Phase One camera I have at my lab at University of Helsinki. The picture is sharp all right, but I'm not so sure about the model...

During a walk on Saturday I realized that spring may be already close! The sun was out!
